Our Styless

Cuban salsa

Cuban salsa, also known as Casino, is danced in a circular motion with the male dancer usually in the centre and the female dancing on the outside around the male dancer. Cuban salsa gives freedom of movement and allows more improvisation or references to a spontaneous use of the rich Afro-Cuban dance. The dancer will frequently improvise reference to other dances , integrating movements , gestures that are influenced by Cuban heritage and folklore.

Urban

Urban Dance is a style of dance, community, and lifestyle revolving around choreographed pieces and performances by a dancer or groups of dancers. It’s any of various dances influenced by the rhythms and techniques of funk and hip-hop music, such as locking popping or b-boying.

Heels

Is all about giving you the confidence you need to wear your favourite heels , so you can embody some Yanis Marshall inspired sass. Will help you achieve the principles of wearing, walking, strutting and posing in heels.

Musicality

Is how we choose to capture those differing sounds in our dance, and how we choose to represent them in our movement. Dancers can demonstrate dance musicality in several ways. Here you will learn to interpret music through musical instruments. This will take your dancing to a higher level.
